My role at YET

After 15 years in the classroom, I realized I could help even more students learn and grow by bringing together teams of educators who could provide the support they need. I wanted to create the kind of educational team I would want for my own two kids and grandbaby—one that understands each student, recognizes their potential, and helps them thrive.

That's what inspired me to create Your Education Team.

A little more about me

When I'm not working on YET, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring downtown Nashville, reading, puzzling (New Girl reference), going on hikes, and cheering on the Tennessee Titans (no jokes, please), Nashville Predators, and Nashville Sounds.

I believe learning doesn't stop in the classroom, and I love discovering new things, whether through books, making new friends, or traveling to different places.

At the heart of it all, I'm someone who believes in people, values meaningful connections, and always has room for a little more growth and fun!
